This one-on-one session offers a safe, supportive space to begin processing your trauma, no matter how big or small it may seem. Using a blend of intuitive guidance and counseling-based tools, we’ll work together to explore what’s coming up for you and help you begin to release the weight of what you’ve carried. As a certified Mystic Counselor with a deeply personal understanding of trauma, I bring both professional insight and lived experience to every session. I’ve worked with clients navigating childhood trauma, domestic violence, toxic relationships, sexual abuse, and emotional pain - and I’ve walked that path myself.
